2. Scope and hosting
This policy concerns erfurt.life. The public website is hosted as static files on Cloudflare Pages, with Cloudflare’s content-delivery and security services.
The hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Technical access data may include IP addresses, browser and operating-system information, requested pages, request times, referrer information sent by the browser, and connection or security data.
The purpose is secure, stable and efficient delivery of the website. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention depends on the services, account settings and contractual requirements; this site does not prescribe a fixed provider log-retention period.
Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries. Its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum explain the applicable transfer safeguards, including Data Privacy Framework certifications and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
3. Contact and correspondence
When you contact the operator by email or telephone, your contact details and message are processed to respond to your enquiry. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to the legitimate interest in handling correspondence; Article 6(1)(b) applies where an enquiry concerns pre-contractual measures. Data is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, applicable retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Mail to the address for service is received by JL Consulting Group GmbH and, on the operator’s instructions, forwarded or digitised. This involves sender, recipient and shipment data, and the contents where scanning is commissioned. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. 4. Cookies, storage and analytics
The erfurt.life application sets no cookies, uses no local or session storage and includes no advertising, tracking pixels, client-side analytics or visitor profiling. The small timeline script updates navigation highlighting within the page and does not transmit or store visitor data.
Cloudflare security functions may use technically necessary cookies or comparable device information. Where strictly necessary, device access is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and associated personal-data processing on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider-side operational and security statistics are distinct from advertising or website analytics scripts.
5. Images, fonts and external websites
Photographs and icons are served with this website. Typography uses system fonts. No external font service, embedded map, social-media widget or video player is loaded. Cloudflare’s email address protection may add a small script served through this website to display contact email addresses; it is not an analytics or advertising script. Video references, where present, are ordinary links with local previews.
External web links open in a new tab only when selected. The destination then processes connection data under its own policy. External links use the noreferrer and noopener protections, and this website sets a no-referrer policy.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, subject to the relevant statutory conditions. Any consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where Swiss data-protection law applies, its applicable rights of access, rectification and erasure also remain available.
